Theme: The Multiverse of Aging Populations: Diminishing Health Disparities and Inequities with Interprofessional Collaborative Strategies?

The 10th Annual Health Care Institute promises to provide useful information and unique engagement opportunities with an array of accomplished healthcare professional and community speakers. We hope you will attend and take advantage of all the pre-conference and conference will offer. Advancing the care of aging populations to diminish health disparities and inequities using interprofessional collaborative strategies is the central theme of this year’s forum.

The pre-conference and conference will explore:

• Supporting aging populations, to include veterans, and caregivers
• Technologies supporting caring for aging populations
• The use of AI to care and support aging populations
• Increasing student health care professionals exposure to aging patients
• Amplifying advanced care planning and end of life planning

This 3-day conference will spotlight useful and unique engagement opportunities with an array of accomplished community and professional speakers.  This conference will host a global audience of Primary Care Providers, Nurses, Social Workers, Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors, Educators, Researchers, Faculty and their Students.
