2025 GSBS Open House

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2025 GSBS Open House, happening on Thursday, July 17 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM!

This event is designed to connect summer interns, prospective students, and community members with the graduate programs at UT Health San Antonio. We would love for you to join us as an exhibitor and host a table at our networking luncheon.

Event Highlights:

• Exhibitor Fair: Showcase your program, share materials, and engage with attendees. Each exhibitor will be provided one 6-foot table and two chairs. We encourage you to bring a branded tablecloth, flyers, handouts, and any program swag.

• Networking Luncheon: Programs will have the opportunity to host a 10-person round table to connect more personally with students and guests. Tables should be staffed by program faculty, staff, or students.
