This is your opportunity to learn how to hire international students and graduates, as well as ways to connect to local graduate programs. This interactive practical presentation will review the common U.S. immigration options for temporary nonimmigrant visas and permanent residency, corresponding employer compliance considerations, and discuss how to maximize success in the immigration process.
 

With over a decade of business immigration experience, Matthew Myers is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Myers Immigration Law based in San Antonio, Texas. He served as the youngest Chair in the history of the State Bar of Texas Immigration Section, after which he was appointed as Vice Chair of the Committee on Laws Relating to Immigration & Nationality. Matthew also serves as the liaison to U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Laredo for the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He regularly presents on business immigration topics and is annually recognized by Super Lawyers® and Best Lawyers in America® for Immigration Law.
