Summary: The Norris lab uses astrocyte targeting approaches and intravital measures, like two photon microscopy, to elucidate the functional impact of reactive astrocytes in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, with particular emphasis on astrocyte interactions with synapses and the cerebrovasculature.
