REGISTRATION CLOSED- Free School/UIL Physicals

Summer is in full swing. But now is the time to start planning for the 2026-2027 school year. 

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

On July 11, UT Health San Antonio will conduct free comprehensive University Interscholastic League (UIL) sports physicals for middle and high school students at UTSA  in the HEB Student Union. 

The exams will be conducted by licensed UT Health San Antonio sports medicine physicians and clinical athletic trainers.

• Students ages 17 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Advanced registration is required and slots are limited. 
• Students must bring this signed parent consent form to the exam and this preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form.
