Free School/UIL Physicals | Registration is now closed

Summer is in full swing. But now is the time to start planning for the 2025-2026 school year.

On July 12, UT Health San Antonio will conduct free comprehensive UIL/sports physicals for middle and high school students at UTSA  in the HEB Student Union. 

The exams will be conducted by licensed UT Health San Antonio sports medicine physicians and clinical athletic trainers.

• Students ages 17 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Advanced registration is required and slots are limited. 
• Students must bring a signed parent consent form to the exam: Download and bring this preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form
