LSOM Leadership Development Workshop Series

Introducing an LSOM Pilot Workshop Series funded this year through the Department of Medical Education. Limited Availability.

Structure: 4-part series of half-day workshops

Participants: Select faculty members and senior administrator staff at LSOM 2-5 years. 1-2 individuals per department.

Focus: Certificate-based program founded on development of self-leadership skills.

Next Steps: Faculty and departments consider who is the nominee and submit the same.
