Mentoring Masters Workshop

The Research Mentoring Academy invites all faculty to participate in Mentoring Masters, an evidence-based faculty development workshop grounded in best practices from the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER). Designed for mentors at all career stages, the workshop strengthens mentoring skills and promotes effective, respectful, and responsive mentoring relationships. Through case-based discussions and guided reflection, participants gain practical strategies they can immediately apply to their mentoring practice.
