South Texas Region Family Medicine Grand Rounds: Vision Impairment & Bridging the Gap between Providers

This presentation will provide information about Prevent Blindness Texas, the connection between overall health and vision loss, and how providers across the continuum can work more effectively together to mitigate vision impairment.
